This policy covers blackflims.site and the application form on it: what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. "Black Flims", "we" and "us" mean the agency that runs this site.
What we collect
- The answers you give in the application form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, social profile, OnlyFans link, earnings range, country and any note you add.
- Anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Basic server logs kept by our host: browser type, device, the pages requested and when.
The site has no analytics or advertising tags and sets no tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
- To read your application and reply.
- To provide our services if you sign with us, under a separate written agreement.
- To answer messages you send.
- To keep the site running and secure.
We don't sell your information, and we never pass your personal details to fans.
Who else handles it
The providers that run our form, email and hosting, only as far as they need to do that job. We'll also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your application and keep in touch. If we don't end up working together, ask us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@blackflims.site.
Adults only
We only work with people aged 18 and over. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us their details, tell us and we'll delete them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee it.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
